Dinjir

Public records, in plain answers, after a disaster.

Dinjir turns public records and public fire-dispatch radio into things a person can use: a search, recovery guides, live fire reports, a roof hail history and a directory of licensed professionals. Each product below says whether you can use it today.

Dinjir Live Fire Desk

Fire reports for New York City and northern New Jersey, with the source and confidence of each one shown.

Reports come from public fire-dispatch radio, read automatically, and a new report usually appears within about 10 minutes. A radio report is unconfirmed, is placed to about one block and never to a house, and is labelled that way. Coverage differs by area, northern New Jersey has fewer reports than New York City, and absence of a report does not mean no fire occurred.

The Dinjir New York City fire page: counts for the last 24 hours and 7 days, a borough filter, a map of reports and a list of the latest reports, each labelled as an unconfirmed radio dispatch.
The New York City page on October 26, 2026. Each report names its source and says it is unconfirmed.

Dinjir Roof Intelligence

See the radar hail history for any US address for free. A cited PDF Storm Impact Report is coming soon.

Dinjir reads NOAA's public radar hail detections and official storm reports around an address and shows what was detected nearby, and when. Every figure cites its source. It is informational: radar-estimated hail is not confirmation of damage, and Dinjir is not an insurer and makes no coverage or damage determinations.

The free hail-history preview is available now. The PDF report is coming soon: Dinjir is not taking real payments yet. Reports that measure the roof itself are also coming soon.

Dinjir Verified

Check that a Dinjir report is genuine, with no account.

A Dinjir roof report carries a Dinjir Verified ID and a document fingerprint. Anyone holding a report can confirm on dinjir.com that it is the one Dinjir issued. It confirms authenticity only: it is not an inspection or a certification. The reports issued so far are samples and trial orders.

Dinjir Professional Directory

Find public adjusters and contractors listed from each state's own license records.

Listings come from state licensing records and are ranked only by published rules applied to those records. A listing is not a paid placement, and nothing a professional pays for changes its ranking. Coverage differs by state.

Who is eligible

All of these must hold.

A registered charity
A 501(c)(3) in good standing. Dinjir checks the organization's EIN in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search. A church that is not listed there may send its IRS letter of determination or its denomination's group-ruling papers instead. No other kind of organization has that option.
Work Dinjir's readers need
Disaster relief, disaster legal aid, housing or renters' assistance, or consumer protection.
No stake in claims
Insurance carriers, public adjusting firms, law firms that take claims on contingency, contractors, restoration companies and lead-generation businesses are not eligible. Neither is any organization affiliated with Dinjir or Pax Equitas, including UPA and ACI.
Its own website
A working site on the organization's own domain. Every ad must point to that domain, and the contact email must be on it too.
Based in the United States
One account for each organization (one for each EIN). Informal groups, including city programs and mutual-aid groups, qualify only by proving 501(c)(3) status through the same check.
Same rules as every advertiser
The same content rules and the same Sponsored label. The credit has no cash value, is not refundable and cannot be turned into cash. It does not buy ranking, verification or an endorsement.

A person reviews every application and each organization's first campaign, checks its later campaigns every month, and re-checks eligibility each year.

How to apply

Send the contact form with the details below. Dinjir reviews each application by hand and replies by email.

  • The organization's legal name, as registered with the IRS, and its EIN
  • Its website, on its own domain
  • Which kind of work it does: disaster relief, disaster legal aid, housing or renters' assistance, or consumer protection
  • A contact name and role, and an email address on the organization's domain
  • What it plans to advertise, in a sentence or two
  • A church not listed in the IRS database: say so, and Dinjir will ask by email for its IRS letter of determination or its denomination's group-ruling papers

You can apply now. The credit cannot be redeemed until Dinjir Advertising launches.

Paying never changes the directory ranking.

Dinjir's directory is built from public license records and ranked only by published rules. An advertiser account is a separate thing, and it cannot change that ranking. Dinjir reports are informational: Dinjir is not an insurer and does not make coverage or damage determinations.
