His career spans more than four decades across insurance distribution, nonprofit education, franchising, and technology — including transforming sales operations within UICI's credit services division, founding Educate America with the United Student Aid Association, and building USDigital and Smart Card Inc. That same operational discipline now underpins the governance model described throughout this site: a single accountable owner for the roadmap, not a committee and not an outsourced team.
