It holds the company's tasks, decisions, authorizations, and evidence; governs what AI agents are authorized to do; records what was executed; and verifies the outcome. Work moves through five steps — ask, authorize, execute, verify, record — and only a person can authorize. A yes grants one registered agent one action, for one task, on one exact target, until one expiry, and it can be revoked. Pax Governance runs no model of its own.

In October 2026 that loop ran end to end on Pax Equitas's own production system. An AI agent made one bounded change under a company-owned authorization; an external system enforced the authorization as a required check and refused the wrong task, the wrong agent, an unauthorized version, and a revoked grant; and a verification identity separate from the agent recorded the task verified and complete.
