Company
A product house, not an agency.
Pax Equitas owns the technology. Some of it we operate ourselves, some is licensed to outside organizations, and some runs under a customer's own brand. The product core is never hardcoded to any one of those.
What we build
One thing: the Enterprise AI Workforce Platform. Named AI employees with job descriptions and honest availability labels, running on an operating platform that powers, permissions, audits, caps, and can stop every one of them. The workforce is the storefront; the platform is the reason an enterprise can say yes to it.
We own it
Pax Equitas holds the source, the IP, and the roadmap for every product in the catalog. Licensing a product does not transfer any of that.
We operate some of it
Several products run in production inside our own operating businesses. That is why the maturity labels mean something — we are the first ones to feel a defect.
We license the rest
Anything that survives our own use can be licensed individually, bundled, or deployed under a purchasing organization's branding.
The platform company and the operating organizations
The line is deliberate: Pax Equitas is the technology company. It is not a public adjusting firm, a law practice, or any other regulated service provider. Independent organizations in the ecosystem do that work — under their own brands, with their own licensed professionals — running on the platform Pax Equitas builds and governs. They are the proof layer: the engines offered on this site run their live operations first.
How we talk about what we have built
Nothing is advertised beyond its verified maturity.
Every product in the catalog carries a status derived from an audit against running code and live deployments — not from what we would like to be true. The platform enforces it: products below the licensable range cannot be sold, and only fully live products reach production.
Things we found and did not ship are still recorded.
An inventory that silently drops a known asset has the same credibility problem as one that overstates. Where a product exists but is not ready — or where a named product turned out to have no implementation at all — that is written down rather than quietly omitted.
Every AI action on the platform runs permissioned, audited, capped, and stoppable — that posture, and the organization accountable for it, are documented in full on the governance pages.
Two ways to build with us
Partners
Sell the workforce under your brand: branded instances, referral tracking, and the governance spine as your own sales asset. The pattern is already running in the ecosystem before it is offered to you.
Become a partner →Developers
The same APIs we run on, documented with candor about what is built versus specified. No proprietary lock-in, no private fast lane — and no API sold before it exists.

The fastest way to evaluate any of this is a branded sandbox with your own configuration in it. We would rather you judge a running instance than a slide.
